David R. Cragle
A member of the State Bar of Texas and District of Columbia Bar, David Cragle has been engaged in private law practice since 1990 in a wide range of commercial law areas, including real property acquisition, disposition and development; oil and gas property acquisition and divestitures; international-commercial acquisition, financing, equity and divestiture transactions, U.S. export and extant sanctions practice; individual, corporate and partnership taxation, general corporate and commercial transactions; mergers and acquisitions; reorganizations and recapitalizations; acquisition, mezzanine and working capital lending and financings; negotiation and documentation of complex commercial contracts; and private securities offerings.
Mr. Cragle provides project financial analysis and development, tax planning, choice of entity analysis, lending and capital structure analysis, analysis of private financing and securities offerings, business plan review and development, and tax compliance advisory services.
He received his Bachelor’s degree from Azusa Pacific University (B.A. 1980), and his graduate degrees from Rutgers University (J.D.-Tax Honors 1989; MBA-Prof. Acctg. 1989), serving two terms on the Rutgers Law Journal. He has published and served as a contributing author on numerous legal articles and papers and speaks at seminars on a variety of commercial and tax law areas of interest.

Mariam Morshedi, Attorney
Mariam Morshedi started her legal career in civil rights litigation for AARP Foundation in Washington D.C. She played a major role in settling a fair housing litigation before the United States Supreme Court and authored a number of amicus curiae briefs in federal appeals courts including the U.S. Supreme Court. Inspired by her work at AARP, Mariam established a legal education nonprofit, Subscript Law, which provides infographic (visual) reports of Supreme Court cases.
Mariam received her J.D. cum laude from Boston University Law School. Before attending law school, she received an M.Sc. from The London School of Economics in law and anthropology and a B.A. in philosophy from the University of Texas at Austin with a mathematical logic focus.

Tabitha Keller, Attorney
Tabitha Keller received her Bachelor’s degree from Coe College majoring in Economics and Political Science (B.A. 2010) and graduate degrees from Drake University (J.D.; M.B.A. 2016). Prior to law school, Tabitha closed residential real estate transactions with US Bank Home Mortgage. During law school, Tabitha interned with Iowa Legal Aid, the State of Iowa, and private practice. She also participated in the Drake Legal Clinic creating non-profit entities for local community organizations.
A member of both the Texas and Iowa State Bars, Tabitha’s areas of interest include business, commercial real estate, and employment law.

Annie Garza, Senior Paralegal
Annie received her Paralegal Certificate from El Centro Community College in Dallas, Texas. She has served as a paralegal for over 20 years in various areas of law, including civil, commercial, real estate, eminent domain & condemnation, business, oil and gas, and bankruptcy law. Annie especially enjoyed litigation, preparation for and attendance at trial. Annie has also worked as an executive administrator and office manager.

Barbara Kogler, Litigation Paralegal
Barbara received her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies through the University of Maryland University College. Prior to working as a paralegal, Barbara served as a legal administrative assistant for over 20 years in various areas of law, including civil litigation, commercial, real estate, intellectual property, trademarks, asbestos litigation, oil and gas, and bankruptcy law.

Melanie Hedrick, Paralegal
Melanie has more than 20 years of experience in growing business ventures at various stages of development. She began her career in the New York financial industry, creating operational and administrative teams, and providing ongoing oversight of these operations. She has a B.S. in Business Administration and Management, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
